The Perfect Ricotta Cheese - CHOW

I’m a cheese lover and Ricotta is one of my favorite ones. I mostly use it with scrambled eggs because it gives a softer texture and keeps them tasty and smooth even when they get cold. I also like it spread on salty bread or mixed in a pasta sauce. Ricotta is one of the finest cheeses in my opinion.
