Chromebook, nothing but a browser. Seriously?

[…] Chromebook is good for nothing without an internet connection. Sure, web developers can add offline modes to their web apps to combat this limitation but I believe that making your web apps touch and mobile friendly is a better investment than making them offline friendly.
