John Sculley On Steve Jobs, The Full Interview Transcript | Cult of Mac
I was going to write my thoughts about it but I’m too sleepy right now to write. It’s long but it’s one of the best sources of insight into Steve Jobs’ brilliance I’ve seen. Maybe another day when I’m less sleepy I’ll write my thoughts on this. I truly admire Steve Jobs.

What makes Steve’s methodology different from everyone else’s is that he always believed the most important decisions you make are not the things you do – but the things that you decide not to do. He’s a minimalist.
Required reading. Worth every minute spent doing so.
